These special projects NEED funds and where better than taxes! The state and federal government are going to really clamp down on special project grants in the future; there is not enough money for the pork any more.

The Chamber of Commerce is like a network group. They need each other to survive. It promotes projects to keep the companies going. The little guy is left out of that group altogether.
